Inktober hands you a list of unrelated words and one drawing a day. In 2024, thirty-one prompts later, they had quietly arranged themselves into a story about two space-era younglings rediscovering an abandoned space station with the last horses roaming free.
It all became even worse: it turned out to be a prequel. To something I now have to write. In many, many words.
